So last weekend Brother Larry came to visit. His flight was delayed, but luckily we had planned on sushi at home with Lee, Nick & Aarav, so the timing didn't need to be exact. Larry arrived an hour and a half late but we did get a chance to catch up. The next day was perfect weather sunny and mid 70s. We went to Moody's so we could eat outside.
That night we went to Obelix for dinner...
The next day we went to Lou Malnati's for pizza lunch and met Lee & Nick at their place before the five of us went to dinner at The Alcove in Evanston and ate a lovely meal outside. Then we stopped at Jeni's for ice cream on the way home.

Then Larry left on Sunday- after a brunch of bagels and duck pastrami... he was home by later on Sunday night. This week we have dinners with Mike and with Todd & Evie and then John & Stephanie. It's soon Labor Day and "end of summer" so stay tuned - I am roughly six weeks away from return to Spain. YAY!
