It had so many excellent courses and so much new that I will get right into it -
an all around terrific meal- the only things repeated from the last meal we had there in July (with Steve & Suzanne) were the "tart" course with the white chocolate shell and the "coffee" espuma along with the "best course ever anywhere anytime" A5 wagyu beef with the beef tendon and bone marrow.... and it still IS!
