terrific goat pizza from Nomad...my favorite dish this afternoon...
I had an excellent guava daiquiri from Billy Sunday
while there we also stopped into the Local Foods market -
All in all - an interesting event- with two winning entrees - the goat pizza (Nomad) and the beef sandwiches (Publican or maybe Bristol?) and a winning dessert the apple crisp (Bang Bang.) And it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon to be out... a tad warm in the sun but perfect in the shade!
Coming up a busy week- Oceanique with Barb & John on Monday, theater on Tuesday and Wednesday we go to the "cat shrink" for "family counseling" for the continuing warring cats... you can stop laughing now... Thursday dinner at goosefoot with Don & Jim and Friday dinner at Intro with Mon & Beth and then Saturday Mick & I are doing more theater while Phil goes to Folkstage...so more to follow and soon we are off to Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Odessa to see Iryna! yeah!!! - stay tuned....
I'd love to know if there's a "Local Foods" near us. Love the concept.
