We were lucky enough to meet up Wednesday night with our dear friend Laure for dinner. The restaurant was recommended by Arnaud who unfortunately was out of town on business this week. A small but well curated menu of Italian dishes. Nicely prepared and served by two friendly staff members. The evening zoomed by (as they always did.) pretty soon we were shutting down the restaurant and walked past the guy mopping floors as we left. Old habits die hard. Back when we all lived in the same place we would see each other weekly or twice a week sometimes and the evening invariably ended with the staff putting chairs on the tables (as a hint they wanted to go home)
